• Once processed, shipment details will be shared via email or SMS.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
• Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 2000
• A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below the free shipping threshold, which will be displayed at checkout.
• In case of express delivery requests, additional charges may apply.

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
• Tracking updates are dependent on our courier partners and may take some time to reflect.

6. Failed Delivery & Reattempts
