RETURN POLICY
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery, in compliance with consumer protection regulations.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels and seals intact.
- The item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect as per the order.
- The return request is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, etc.).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened oral care products (toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, etc.).
- Products purchased on sale or promotional offers (unless defective or damaged).
- Gift cards and free products.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Support at 📧 info@buydenz.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide details such as order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
- Our team will review the request and provide further instructions in accordance with standard e-commerce policies.
- Once approved, we will either arrange for return pickup or request the customer to self-ship (depending on location and product type).
- After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund or replacement accordingly.
Shipping Charges for Returns
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For self-shipped returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is found to be defective, as per regulatory guidelines.
Refunds & Processing
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- Refund processing follows standard e-commerce policies and applicable tax regulations.
Order Cancellations & Exchanges
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but returns may be initiated.
- Exchanges are permitted only for defective or incorrect products, subject to availability.
DENZ reserves the right to update this policy periodically in accordance with applicable laws and industry best practices.
REFUND POLICY

- Refunds are not applicable on personal care products if the seal is broken due to hygiene concerns.
